A detailed and structured plan to filming

• Titles like names, directors, editors etc. 
• Snap shots of Joe and Gina while dating
• Establishing wide shot near my house to let the viewer know where we are and what were doing
• Two shot of me and Mat walking, Mat says 'theres only one way you can get her back, you have to play her at her own game'
• Inside my house, I run up my stairs towards my bedroom, a match on action shot of me opening my bedroom door then I lay on my bed
• Video of me and Gina meeting up will be showed to look like a distant happy memory
• Mats voice plays again saying 'you have to play her at her own game'
• Then I rip a picture of me and Gina in half and the title 'KARMA' comes up.

Title sequence

I feel that titles have a major part in creating in a successful opening. It will grab the attention of the audience which is very important. I will be using special effects and sounds to draw in the watcher. We will be creating our titles based on feedback we get from people by filling out our surveys.

Looking into sound and editing

Today we will be looking into sound and editing for out short opening to our film. We will be seeing why it is relevent and how we will do it to fit in with our film. We will also be planning what we are going to be filming next week so we have a detailed plan of what we need to do and how we need to do it.

Distribution

Today in our theory lesson we learnt about distribution and how different companies distribute in different ways. We learnt the key concepts of whats important about distribution like advertisement and figuring out a target audience.

Producing

Today we ran through a program on the computer about producing a film, I learnt loads of different aspects on filming and producing a film including the roles of a director and the tough decisions he has to make.

Getting to know the characters

Me and Gina are the two people in our group doing the acting. Our characters play a couple who are currently dating. Our characters are Jacob and Isabella. Our characters will mainly be wearing casual clothes because most of the scenes will be outside of school or in school, the students will not need to wear school uniform in school because they are older than 16 and studying A-Levels.
